Funkadelic aim is busted

The twitch funkadelic bow crosshair bugs out and the bow just wastes an arrow shooting off to nowhere in particular, worked the first few times i used the bow but now its all borked after loading my save file a day later.

I made a request for help on the Techland site, because like you my Funkadelic is pulling behind me. The problem appeared after I got the grappling hook. Lawan's bow works, but not Funkadelic.
In addition, this grappling hook's reticle which remains permanently on the screen, even if it is not in the shortcuts, is very boring.

i do not have the grapple hook yet, I just booted my game save and its been messed up ever since. The pipe bow works still. So I am unsure if it's related to the grapple hook or not

Ive been using it since its been released and it works really well. of course it should be fixed im just curious on what the problem could be since it works as intended for me

Yup, me too. It's a shame because it does so much damage but until it's fixed it'll be in my stash.

This worked for me yesterday. Today it doesn't work at all. No grapple hook yet. I had never fast travelled until right before turning the game off last night, so possibly fast travel bugged it somehow.

I'm having the same issue, which is a shame since this bow is nearly twice as powerful as my other bow (when the arrows actually hit)

The grappling hook can always be used via left Alt, without equipping it or even adding it to the tool slots - that's likely why the reticule is always visible

I know this topic is ancient, but I came across this issue recently. What is interesting is that the funkadelic bow works perfectly fine for me when I play on my Steam Deck. But if I try to play on my main PC the aim is totally busted. I wonder if it is related to resolution or other graphics settings? Haven't figured it out yet though.
