I think I saw it in my inventory briefly after the mission, then it was gone. I also don't see blueprints for it anywhere.

there is no blueprint for the weak af bow you get after that mission. the only important thing you get is the blueprint for arrows.

bows on the otherhand youcan buy much more powerful ones before you even do that mission

I think one of the air drops in central had purple or legendary bow next to them if you're lacking one.

You can throw this 30dmg bow away instantly anyway. In the fish eye shop was a rank 6 140mg bow (highest one i saw to buy with rank 8). I suggest to ignore bows and just go for the auto crossbow (600-900+ dmg auto leveled with your rank...) from the PK.
