I don't think the problem is related to the driver but it doesn't hurt to test.
if it solves that way then the problem ends
People just talking out their ass about this shader cache or is it really the case?
Other games will do it as they are required. Which depending on hardware can be annoying, or unplayable. Usually they only do it once, so it should clear up after playing for a little bit.
Farcry 6 will do it on launch (PSO cache). Forza Horizon 3, 4 and 5 will say "optimising". Horizon Zero Dawn is the same, etc.
