Stuck in Old Villedor?

I completed the main quest that opened the metro tunnels to Central Loop. Then, I went back to Old Villedor to finish up some things and now for the life of me can't figure out how to get back to Central Loop.

I've gone to each Metro Station, no access to the tunnels. I've accessed the little fast travel board in the station, but I don't have a fast travel point in Central Loop yet.

Is my game broken?

(Edit: For reference my current main quest objective is "Meet Lawan at the Fish Eye" in the quest "A Place to Call Home"

You should be able to fast travel between metro stations, I might be wrong as it I think in order to unlock fast travel you need to do a certain quest. I don't remember if you get that quest before or after meeting Lawan at the Fish Eye. Hope this helps

Fast-travel to the metro station, it will have 3 arrows next to it, highlight it on your map and hold F, it's almost directly due west of your objective marker/Fish Eye.

I can fast travel to every metro station in Old Villedor, but there aren't any in Central Loop for me to select to fast travel to.

I've done the quest for going through the metro with the PK, but I'm wondering if I somehow didn't unlock the fast travel point.

had a similar problem, join an online lobby thats in the over city area, should set you of in the same after leaving the lobby.

Hello. If you really can't fast travel, then you could always go on foot/paraglider. You can take the same way you took in the story (the car factory) then go east to join Garison.

I followed the same path from the car factory that Anderson leads you on to escape from Waltz but I've reached a door with a green exit sign that just randomly won't open (pretty sure it was a cutscene trigger on the first time through)

once you reach the broken bridge part just jump down and glide/swim through the river into the city, worked for me when i did the same thing xD

Oh ok I was wondering if that was instadeath or not. I just joined a MP game so if this doesn't work I'll try that thanks.

So this worked even though the joining process failed and now magically the metro station in Central Loop is unlocked and on the map for me. Thanks.

I was stuck in Villedor as well and could not paraglide across the river, what worked for me was 'respawn at last story checkpoint'
