Help Needed for Bug at Garrison Electrical Substation
There is no interactive button after I have hooked up 1 and 2 substations...any ideas? I have a blank switchboard with a red circle telling me to activate it.

I think it's connected to a questline that Jack gives you, so wait to progress in the story further.
