Bad Skill Tree ?
4 kick skills, that pretty much do the same thing, knife takedown that is 0.8 seconds faster, farcry 3 knife throw, Run up a wall, run up a wall a bit more. Hide skill, who actually hides? Sprint, cant believe that’s a skill, and then sprint again. 2 Ram skills?
This to me , with the story and re skined map, interiors etc is one of the worsed aspects.

Ya the skill trees were pretty disappointing.

When I saw it on pre released footage, I was pumped…but it’s a joke..

The skills were not better in the original...if you're just coming in and are disappointed then that's fair.

There’s a few I like don’t get me wrong, but on no.1 there was ankle break slide, and like elbow drop and knee , stuff like that, jump down with sword and and stab….I miss those

This whole game has been 50/50. Parts of me wants to like the game as it's zombies (a favorite genre of mine) and its from TL, which have had some of the best Zombie games to date. I think we all expected more. The thing that gets me is how fake the trailer was/is. Go rewatch it. Where are all the diversity in the buildings, or on the streets. All I am seeing are copy and paste with a tad different layout. I am noticing like a few face presets and thats it (other than the main special characters we interact with). One thing I was super excited for was the faction stuff. I thought there would be more preset options between the two factions but there really arent any. I also thought we would have to do stuff for these places, and could watch them grow (We see AI working around these places as if they are expanding).

Idk, in general, compared to the 1st game (even the release of the 1st) is still better than the 2nd one. I know they will fix the bugs and all that, but some things cannot be changed. Right now the main issue are all these hard crashes when I am hitting 70fps with no issue.

They could've went with a bit more crazy stuff since we're not playing a normal human.

There are comparable skills though from jumping....as for sliding not sure haven't looked at every combat skill yet but no sliding skills would be a bit of a bummer but we get a whirlwind which could come in handy.

The skill trees get better with the right stats on each class armor set. For example: "Who hides?" With a full set of ranger armor, each piece having +Recognition time = you're basically a ninja & can infinitely stealth kill, sneak by, throat cut, and range kill everything a la "Skyrim" style. With a full set of the skirmisher set, using +DMG Reduction by infected, you can dance the jig in the middle of a volatile swam (if you're high level enough). Lastly, with the full tank set & +throwables DMG + upgraded grenades = you can shower cluster bombs over an entire city block, killing everything without swinging your 2h sword, without taking damage.

The E3 trailer, I saw, I remember watching it with my mates and girlfriend, we all stated then and there we were absolutely getting this game, specially for the coop….not only is coop broken, the games too easy….I remember first one releasing, we bought it, couldn’t shut up about the graphics, and how good it all was, I don’t remember many bugs at all back then either..

That stealth mechanic I didn’t really know about, I wish the game was hard enough to have to use that, I sort of put whatever on and use drop kick almost 90 percent..but good to know

True, adding the counter attacks from 1 like elbow drop or knee with a bit more power would be awsome

Complaining about the ease of the game is invalid...the original was just as easy....it's not about struggling but about the power fantasy of slaughtering hordes of zombs. They tried to play up the survival element a bit more in this game with more resources but at the end of the day you're chopping zombies to pieces till it gets old lol.

I’m actually one of the lucky ones who hasn’t had any bugs, so far…

Consider yourself lucky so many bugs I've encountered with quests that i completed still being on the map, a quest that I can't even complete because I can't get in the building, etc.
