Anyone found any other way to fix the missing sound in coop games after the host finished the story?
I was just experimenting with it, it doesn't change anything if I switch from "off" to "windows sonic with headphones", neither in the system setting nor in the loudspeaker context menu. Still only ambience/music, but no actual game sound.
EDIT: also i know it sounds stupid, but after setting everything up if theres still no sounds, try to restart you pc.
Thank you, but we just gave up. Seems Nightrunner does not add a real story but just some time gated daily missions, not worth the hassle with the sound bug then (particularily since it could happen every day then, I think I'll pass).
Makes me wonder if it is so uncommon that people finished the story in coop.
