Horseshoe water tower complete but not aligned with a faction

Any way to choose which faction, I must have done this and for some reason not had a choice as I cant assign it any more

This seems to have happened for me as well, I also have a random square with a question mark in it over the bandit camp in the same region that doesn't seem to point to anything in particular.

One thing I'm curious about is whether you manage to get the "Boot Licker" achievement or not, I've maxed out my city alignment with Survivors but haven't been able to get the achievement

It seems like this is one of several issues that are still in the game at the moment - I've had issues with several achievements awarding, such as reaching maximum health.

From what I can tell the box with the question mark is just a location that's just not been correctly given a name/type (Josh's Hideout has the same icon, but does have a title)

Just wanted to add that I too, have this issue. I have unlocked all the services, but this one specifically isn't assigned/assignable. After having gotten 28/29 achievements on Fnaf security breach, this kinda thing is really starting to become annoying.

Yeah, it seems there's a few things techland has overlooked when it comes to gaining achievements, and unfortunately it seems like they're not retroactively applying achievements for errors they've fixed.

Certain things like the inhibitors only being available in the "Cathedral" quest (and thus locked behind certain story decisions) and the inhibitors locked in the windmill mission. An inhibitor crate floating in the sky after a certain other story moment...

I'm worried that I'm going to have to completely replay the game with specific rigid choices to be able to actually gain all achievements.

From what I can tell the water tower technically is "assigned" because I did gain the benefit from the faction I selected, however it doesn't show as assigned on the map and seems to have failed to contribute to the achievement.

Yes, this is giving me a problem as well. Just got my Municipal Services achiev today, I had no idea there was a tower in lower damn ayre. Unsure if there's others that are hiiden I don't know about.

But, the horseshoe is completed people are there, I can buy and sell stuff, but I can't seem to turn the valve.

Did anyone get a fix for this? First play through and it's bugged. Like previous posts, water tower shows as green on the map, but the 3 rewards are not ticked and not got achievement. Anyone know of any fix yet or is this still unsolved?

Hi, no, the error has not been corrected so far, I just wrote about it again the other day in support, they told me that they corrected it, but no, nothing has changed, and they don't write about it, so there is little reaction from techland = (
P.S. Although before that, the achievement dropped out. But the tower has not been fixed since the launch of the game, and it is not in the magazine “ Facilities”.

They seem to have broken the achievement again, but did not fix the tower

Finished the game, facility is green on the map and peaceful, but I can't align it with any faction... and i didn't get the 'Municipal Services'-achievement :-(((

Achievements, including the Municipal Services you mentioned, have been generally patched and it should work with current game build. If it's still the problem please send a ticket to our support team so they will be aware of that.

Agree, all Municipals and Bootlicker achievements work fine together

If you still have a problem it would be the best to deliver your save file to our support team, so it will be easier for them to reproduce and debug it.
