I've got some questions SPOILERS. Also a few bugs

I feel like large chunks of story are missing from the main quest line. Based off of Aidens reaction. Maybe a cutscene bugged I dont know. If someone can kindly explain perhaps they were fleshed out more in side quests I missed.
1. Sophie. I understand that i picked peacekeepers for the first water tower which would probably exclude me from Sophie's side but I didn't expect the only thing id hear from the survivors for the rest of the game is her saying in handful of dialogue about being attacked at some point which I feel like should have been a bigger deal in game. Also who saved her brother from hanging?
2. Who the ♥♥♥♥ is Veronika Ryan? Aiden was like omg it was her this whole time. I'm pretty sure I never met her.
3. Aitor. I saved my boy Aitor and nothing came of it. Heard Aitor is back up and around on the radio while I was still in his room and him just laying there.
3. Juan. I get I made a choice not to go with Juan mostly because he was a ♥♥♥♥, but they made a big showing of his death and Lawan says just another manipluation of him. Like he was a main character. I met him once, his quest sucked, and he was a ♥♥♥♥.
4. Frank. Frank like Juan this man was introduced once In a pretty negative manner(frank being useless and drunk). Later Frank basically tells you to ♥♥♥♥♥ out when your climbing the tower naturally you ignore him. Those being my only interactions with Frank. They make a big showing of his death(yes I know about the ratio tower choice) and he speaks to Aiden over Lawan in his dying moments like wtf?
5. Jack and Joe. I told them I'd get them out of the city. Never saw them again
6. Matt. After helping him secure the Dam and kill Williams. I go for a ride and the rider gets shot with an arrow. After killing the renegades Matt is just hanging out on the ground supposedly injured. Confusing the ♥♥♥♥ out of me.
7.Hakon fight. In the middle of the phase 1? of the Hakon fight(i two shot him with the crossbow) Aiden ends up on the ground and Hakon is now in hiding. Wtf happened there?

8. Waltz. Why was saving Mia and the city mutually exclusive? I understand Waltz hated the city because they stopped his research but that was 15 years ago even then after being beaten why couldn't the missles be stopped and Mia be saved? Also what happened to Waltz after the end? I saved Lawan ending. Why did Waltz abandon Aiden isn't he his son too? Bit confused during the Waltz fight because all he would say is "gotta protect ma daughter ad nauseum"
9. Mia. I had black screen ending bug which eventually worked but wtf happened to her. Had she been with Waltz the whole time or in X13? What was in X13 that was so significant?
10. Lawan. Wtf happened to her and Hakon at the end. I saved her the city got mostly blown up.
11. Aiden. Showed Aiden walking alone in the distance. Did he find a cure?

Bugs
Waltz final fight, Wtf was that mess, I died instantly in phase 1 and after respawn he was stuck on the balcony. Phase two the man ran around in circles in chemicals until I beat him into submission.
Achievements. I am straight up missing achievements. I hardcore selected every peacekeeper path got all the goodies in the alightment tree and didnt get the achivement. Also didn't get the fast travel achievement but got the one for unlocking all the Metros....

I definitely agree. Its pretty obvious that at least a good third of the game was cut out for some reason. The story, dialogue, and characters were pretty incoherent especially after getting to the central loop. It feels like they blew their budget in the beginning, skipped the middle, then rushed the ending.

2. True, you dont meet her until you find out her name later on.
3. Aitor can be found at the fish eye with his son after saving him. Not entirely sure on what triggers him to be there though. Maybe a couple of main missions?

5. Cant even remember them, only vaguely.

8. Dunno man i blew up the city cos i didnt give a damn. No joke, i was that ♥♥♥♥♥♥ off with the last 2 hours of the game, i facepalmed all the way to the credits. I did save Lawan though
9. Did you notice just before the Waltz boss fight where him and Aiden are talking, there was a cut in dialog to do with Mia? it was so obvious. The tone from one line to the next was jarring af. But to answer the question. Yes, she must of been in x13 the whole time, where Waltz has access to the oxygen mask thingy majig.

11. Same here, pretty sure hes getting away from whats just happened in the city and maybe blaming himself. Hes also a walking terminator and a harm to others so probs going to somewhere quiet.

My question, where was the banshee with the "cure"? If anyone can enlighten me, cos i heard nothing throughout the game. I also seen a banshee with a necklace on. Not sure if they all have a necklace on?

This exactly, the mainstory is most likely just the tagged together leftovers after they decided to streamline it because the multiple choice approach led to to many paths. Pathfinder 1+2 also suffered from that (both games needed 20+ patches to just fix the quest scripts throughout the game).

For your questions:
1) you need to play survivor side then you would help to defend the church or more like drive the PK out of the church and free 3 guys like Dodger but that's it, Barney just fled because the PK can't handle a cuffed guy.
2) Veronika was the doctor in disguise in the church, she was involved in a sidequest about infected water i think but with another name of course
3) Aitor and all other Old Villedor people just vanished in the second game half, cut content i think
4) Don't know maybe Survivor side had more quests involved him
5) JAck&Joe are in the holding cell on the PK ship, they have a little sidequest there
6) It's implied that the convoy got attacked that's why Jack is on the ground injured, bit rushed
7) normal scripted fight to add another phase
8) the series of rocket strikes were initiated years ago, they shut down the power to halt the procedure, by reactivating the power the strikes went on. Waltz needed the power on to treat Mia in X13 (the initial lab where Aiden was hold as kid). They can only stop the rockets by shutting off the power again because somehow no one knows how to stop them with the computers there (maybe missing authority rights and so on). After the key got destroyed Mia was doomed anyway and the only real option was to blow up X13.
9) Mia was with Waltz the whole 15 years, you find a room in Willians fortress where they both lived with some tapes, X13 was the initial lab where they were treated until the goverment forced them out / got burned down
10) Depending on your choices she joins you at your journey, dies or stay back as nightrunner
11) Aiden doesn't find a cure and left the city = walking time bomb = nothing resolved = future DLC like the Following maybe? Some new area where he maybe find a cure or also get the Crane treatment.

Guys need help! In general, I went through the plot task "night runners" and after defeating Hakon, I had to go talk with Frank .. I decided to go through various activities and when I came to complete the quest, I write "please wait" when I will go to Frank! I do not know what to do ! If you die, the inscription rebirth appears in the last story and returns to the church! Help me ! I've got the plot!

seems some devs have also a childish mind , because you will get the so called best ending, when you spare all that cheaters, morons , liars, power hungry and they think such people will change after they have been all that way her whole life at the end. Reality shows the difference and in such world even more.

1. Sophie, as I have blown up the wind mill for her and gave her the watertower, she became the leader of the survivors and bazar, her brother was a little bit more likeable after that, but still a moron. They told me where Veronica was hiding.
And we found out that Hakon was responsible for all that troubles, he cut out the Tattoo etc.

2. Veronica , I enjoyed to kill her, as I hate such people, also in real , who are working for evil companies , even when they find out , what their company and chiefs are doing, because they earn much money or chase their own goals at all cost ... so no loss

3. Aitor, I also saved him, even I sided with the survivors and have blown up the wind mill myself and given the water tower to the survivors. His wife cjeated on him, when he was out on that crusade after his healing to kill Waltz, as she coudn't stand that feeling, always to wait that he came back from his job or beeing called that he is dead ... the fate of many veteran soldiers

3A. Juan, even I gave him deliberate always the wrong answer , because he was a brick , I couldn't kill him, so it was good the PK have done it .. BUT as I found a lot of evidence, I believed him about the missles ... so it was clear that I have to find out how to stop the missles .. BUT that insight, didn't help , but that later

4, Frank, an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and alcoholic, REALLY I should give such person the control over the VNC tower, to get the best ending, In that quest, the only likeable character and squad has died ... never . Alcoholics will always be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ , apart that he was an arrogant as..s...h... , normal would have killed him after a short time ...

5, Jack and Joe, I let them go myself , because I expected mor dynamite around, but forgot about them to meet them. Anyway, they have been caught from the PK and have been in jail, but as I was somehow in debt with them , I fetched them, their "selfbuned alcohol" , but it was clear after a short time, it could be used as molotov cocktail ... they even used it as bomb and escaped ... think they are somewhere there in the city ...

6. Matt, as he had cancer, he want to fullfill his one and only lifewish to kill Williams, even, we already have known, that williams isn't the reason of the attacks and that he could flood the city, if he is beeing attacked ... so it was clear that his plan is wrong ,,,
So I sneaked into the castle and Williams told me everything, where to go, why he worked with Waltz and how to stop the attacks, I had to convince Lawan not to kill him ...
Matt didn't attack, but he killed the driver, which should have brought me to the entrance to X13, at last I was able to kill that , brick, who would do everything to achieve his life crusade,

7. Hakon, the a..s..s, cheater, liar etc. even proved, but always has a poor excuse, why he has to do it. I had to kill him around 6 times until he stayed dead .. WRONG DECISION, as he is the only one, which WOULD and COULD save all, he betrayed his whole life, even MIA ?????? Okay I understand to save Lewan as he maybe want s e x with her again ...
but Mia ... the prototyp of a slimy type but you have to forgive him to have a good ending ! Yeaahh after that he will be the trustful bro ... apart that , such guys would never show up in situations , when they never gain something out of it

8. Waltz ... one of that science guys, who would do everything in name of sience, the third reich had some of that guys ... so kill him on sight ... nothing elde matter

9. Mia ... a FALSE implanted child memory, not worth anything

10. Lawan ... so after that PK sergant, a char who was worth saving, even she always has done the opposite you have told her. you even didn't kill her, when you have been already mutated ... but when you resue her, because she once again, didn't followed your advice .. IT SEEMS she hates you, because you haven't given that VCN tower to that alcohollc
(BUT I haven't seen my ending, as it was only a blacj screen and I didn't waited until it loaded after 15min)

Aiden ... so because I didn't sided with the biggest morons in the game, the city was destroyed and Aiden left, but somehow it was a good ending, all that terrible chars are dead .. hope Thalia survived !

The game told me, that with my ending, I couldn't play the future DLCs and finish the still open side quests /only one in my case) , so it has to reset it to the best ending, where all that a...s..s... h.. are still alive
