How do I unlock the sunken city?
I sided with Colonel, because .. why tf not. Is there a way to unlock it now ?

No, you would have had to choose Matt's side for that in the end. You can only uncover the city part when a NewGame+ comes up.

Or in a new savegame

To unlock the sunken city or to see what happens. I did it because I already went all in on the PK and Matt choices and was surprized when a new district got unlocked. Checked it out and it was very... underwhelming. Non-stop combat because of the exploding virals, UV light not working, boring bullet spungey bosses, you name it.

I mena yea, but I tried to stay away from PKs, because I live in eastern Europe and Pks heavily reminding me Soviet Russia, acting like they want peace, but they are just straight up deceiving warmongers.

Understandable. I mostly went with PKs because Aitor's a cool dude and because most people from the Bazzar are highly unlikable.
