Dog Tag side quest is bugged
I got all the dog tags for girl in the PK floating fortress but I can't turn one of them in to her, she doesn't exist anymore and it's telling me to give them to her. Any ideas?

Same bug. After returning Leon dog tag I can't return Bartez tag :/ Cyra is gone...
