'Revenants' achievement bugged?

Anyone else not getting the achievement?

I checked on the web and it says there should be 12 of GRE anomalies.
I have all 12 completed in the Journal and the achievement never popped.

same Im pretty sure I got all in my second play, I even looked at every question mark on the map and ran around looking for stuff.

Tickets, please! is bugged for me, I use metro to fast travel all the time but it just doesnt unlock

You must use the console to fast travel, the one you spawn in front after fast travelling. After that, achievement pops.

couple achievements have no popped for me either
