Windmill in Garrison "Wacholder" is bugged

One Windmill in Garrison is heavily bugged. The pole gets higher, but you stay low and thus can't reach the highest point.

I've got the same issue. I've tried to move while the pole gets up, tried to grab it smw else, but i'm stuck and can't get any further.

oh, that one,

first you need to stop the bar at lower side so you could cross over

after that you move the bar again to upper side so you could cross over on above you, after you stop the bar, climb to platform on the above you ( if you already unlocked climbing wall skill I think you could climb the platform directly from your position , I did that )

after you reached 2nd platform, you need switch on the stone platform across you, you should easily crossover and climb to the top
