[BUG] Quest Book Club I
On the MAp i can see an exclemation Mark for a Quest on the PK Ship. The Quest is called Book Club I outside of the Ship it does not show me the Quest on the HUD. If i enter the Tunnel going into the Ship it shows me the Quest Marker but if i enter the Ship it vanishes again. Can't find a Questgiver anywhere on the Ship

Inside the Wharf (the ship) you have to go to the lower deck and from there is another staircase up into a container inside there is the library and the quest giver.

Could be you first have to finish the story quest you get when you first arrive on the ship "Welcome aboard".

You will eventually get to this quest, just progress main mission and new sets of side quests appear in PK base. This is when you should be able to get also Book Club I.
