The quest is basically done. But I cannot save the son. the prompt says please wait. So I did. It is day now and he still won't talk to me. Something didn't trigger properly. a sad truth for many of the side quest it seems. Second to bug out for me.

just finished it fine. gosh, there are minefields of bugs as I see. hopefully, my save is not broken for now.

Managed to finish it yesterday... I passed by the place again so I figured hey why not see if he wants to talk today. Boom finished. I still have the marker for the bugged out maya quest and a big ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ question mark in a black box that shows blank when you hover over it.

Bugged mission for me as well. One might have thought that over a year later this mission would not be bugged anymore.

Techland dropped the ball with dying light 2, 1 is still leagues more fun than 2
