Closure quest bugged

I'm trying to finish the quest "Closure", but it seems to be bugged. I've tried to finish it in many occasions, but still nothing.

So I've retrieved the valuables and I go to the next quest marker, an apartment, and I open the door (when it's not bugged on "Please wait"), and it just opens and the guy is sitting on the floor doing nothing. And nothing I do affects him, no matter how many times I hit him or close and open the doors from inside or out.

I come in the day, in the night, nothing seems to allow me to continue. Sometimes there are zombies, sometimes there aren't. I'm still not able to progress.

Has anyone had this happen?

Nope, still bugged.

This is even more annoying than the safe spots that aren't marked as activated, even though I activated them.

Same here. After opening the door - the quest marker stays on the door. No interaction possible with the quest giver.
Fortunately it is the only quest bug I have so far.

My bug for this side mission is a little different

I completed the GRE Anomaly beforehand and already opened the before even having the side mission available.
So now when I go back, The crates and open and empty. I can't collect the valuables itself.

Any help please?

Exactly what happened to me. Do you guys have any news on this?

Welp this is still bugged. Now I also see a survivor outpost on top of the building where the apartment is, which I think wasn't there before. But I still can't return the valuables.

I wonder if maybe I auto-sold them at some point? By way of the "sell all valuables" option in the vendors.

As of today I am having the same issue. Waypoint just stays on the door while inside or it just doesn't let me in the door at all. These bugs are awful

Just did the quest after completing the main story. They fixed it at least for me.

Not done the main story but went to the location, killed the anomoly, opened the chests and they are empty. :( cAn"t complete CLOSURE i guess.
EDIT: quit to main menu, reload save and the items are there.

Issue solved as of today. Simply went again to the door spot at night, pressed F to open the door, and the final cutscene happened. Yay!
