Slide does not work

For some reason even while running or using shift to sprint for a bit, Aiden always crouches, he never slides. Is that because I bound the key to CTRL?

Try holding C and see if that works.

If you don't want to use the default keybinds you'll have to rely on a third party software. For now most actions are hardcoded no matter your keybinds.

Slide does not work if you have either of those:
- toggle crouch off,
- crouch rebind to another button.

Ok I did some testing and, the Slide does not work if you have Crouch toggle off.
If it is on you have to hold the button for like a second almost.
This needs to be adjusted!!

I also had crouching bound to CTRL and tested it with C. No difference, you just have to have the toggle on. Which is stoopid if you ask me.

Man this has been driving me crazy. Could not for the life of me figure out why it would never work. Go figure I have toggle crouch disabled because I really hate it.

There is another issue with the crouch key actually, if you have crouch toggle turned on, if you press and hold the key, nothing happens, you have to tap it, so now I know there's issues related to the crouch key that are different based on if toggle is turned on or off.

Crouch slide doesnt work for me either, i have it as hold not toggle, i never rebind it, its still as the default key "C" even when running or dashing holding or pressing "C" Aiden never slides, i even have the perk that lets yuo jump after a slide and still cant slide

You need to have crouch toggle on. Silly decision. I bind crouch in most games to my Mouse button, so if I am in a chase and get tensed and crouch by mistake, I usually end up dying as He stays crouched. It's super frustrating. I honesty gave up on this game until it's fixed. No point in putting myself through turmoil everyday for this.

I give it a few Months. Maybe a year. If it's still ♥♥♥♥♥♥, plenty other games out there, ones that work. Playing Ghostrunner ATM. Good stuff, banging soundtrack

I have my crouch toggle on and crouch is bound to right ctrl, it works fine when I hold it. Not really a problem but a little weird at the start, funny choice Techland made there for sure.
