City Alignment

I assigned the first 2 location to PK and Survivors. After counted location on the map, I realized I won't have enough location to get level 7 alignment in any faction. Am I screwed?

Answer has minor spoilers in it. There is another sector you unlock later, you've probably heard of it, the central loop, you should have enough zones to max 1 faction after that area unlocked. Don't think you can dip into both.

I unlocked the central loop, but even then, there is only 5 zones on the map that is neutral, so i'm still 1 short

You have enough to assign one extra to the other faction.

Can you assign all 8 to PKs or are you forced to give 1 to the survivors?

You have to assign all region to either PK or Survivors. You don't get extra region? It's either all or none.

your point? I see that you assign all the region to PK, none for survivor aside from the default 2

there are 3 for survivors tho. and 3 is almost half

the point still stands, if you assign even 1 to other faction, you can't get the 7 allignment for the other.
