Yep, I picked a side with the PKs for the exact same reason, except that the PKs got mad at me for siding with the Colonel so literally everyone aside from the Renegades ended up dying and then I blew up the city lol
I have to say though, the amount of endings and choices actually kind of surprised me
No, the only thing matter is that you don't leave Hakon to die, and then you must talk Lavan out of her revenge path, so she doesn't kill him later on. If you do that, Hakon will save Lawan at the end. (You must choose to NOT help Lawan at the end, so the missiles won't lunch)
Also, I think you should choose the colonel's side at the end, because Matt is such a scoundrel.
