Cant enter Houndfield electrical station (window are not broken)

Hi,

I'm trying to get in the Houndfield electrical station but the window to go in are not broken as all the youtube video shows... Also, the sign on the map says: "Activity locked"... Anyone please???

Just a head's up. There are other locations locked by story that way.

So I spoke the PKs, fought the renegades, then got side-tracked in the big city. Came back - the window is still shut. The PKs just stand around. I've restarted, done other quests, but the window is always shut. Really don't want to restart the entire game... Any ideas?

Different station. Houndfield is locked until you progress the story.

So yeah, I mean the Downtown one, sorry. Does seem like my game is glitched though - the window is still barred but I've done all the required interactions. Any idea how I could force this to update some how?
