What's in the building near the VNC radio tower?

There's a tower near the VNC radio tower in Garrison, south west of the region - it's the one that's got a military drop point on the roof that you paraglide to from the top of the VNC tower... but it also has an electrical chord/box.

I've scoured the building and realised I need to connect three wires to corresponding boxes in the floors following the roof, until eventually I can open an electricity powered door lock after the third chord is attached.

I managed the first one, but the second one is tricky. I jump off using the ledge/yellow plank provided and try to aim for beneath me, but I die from fall damage the second I touch the ground, even mashing C beforehand. I've tried to paraglide in, but the angles too tight to turn, and I can't grappling hook because it makes me drop the cable. And I can't drop down from other points, or the cable is too short to reach the next fuse box.

The frustrating part is that unless I go to great efforts with the grappling hook, if I want to try this again when I die from the fall, I have to go back up to the top of the VNC tower, which is a long wait for the elevator down, and then back up. Sadly, I unlocked the bandit camp and the safe-house around the tower, instead of just the safe-house at the top of the tower, so I'll always be teleported somewhere awkward.

So my question is, after that rant;

What's in the room?

It's not inhibitors, for sure, but I really want to know what it is. And I'm really not sure I have the patience to do it myself. If somebody's got a video or can even name the tower for me, that'd be even better.

(inb4 get good, I have 640 stamina and fully upgraded hook and glider - by all means, I SHOULD be able to do it with my equipment)

Probaly the Korek charm in there... And there is a skill, that lets you turn in mid-air.. Maybe you need that skill for that?! Not sure, haven't been there yet...

There is Korek and Left finger of gloVa blueprints, you need to sit on all pillows and chairs to get it

You don't drop the cable from hook since you have to hook to not die with the third cable (I did it).

You have to get the cable then drop 2 floors starting from the plank then you will connect it to the red thingy and you will see a second cable, repeat 2 floor from the plank with it and connect again, there is a third and last cable you have to go outside and fall on the outside area using your hook, lastly you will see broken windows that you have to hook as well to reach the last floor where you will connect that final cable and access the dev room which has 2 secret gear (korek charm and glova finger).

I highly recommend to not rush in the room straight forward, be careful.

I also recommend to watch a video it will be better than my explanation.

Thank you guys! I'll definitely find a walkthrough on youtube for "Korek" charm. I have the skill that lets me turn in mid-air, but it doesn't work with glider unfortunately. I'll give it another shot!

Hi again, I can't use the grappling hook when I'm dangling on the cable. Are you using expert controls to use it or just the mouse wheel?

Hi again, I can't use the grappling hook when I'm dangling on the cable. Are you using expert controls to use it or just the mouse wheel?

All my controls are defaut so i use mouse wheel and i haven't tried but im sure it's all possible just with paraglider

Hi guys! So I did it. Not with the grappling hook or anything - I basically used another floor above the one I kept dying on to land, and then landed again.

I'm also surprised but this isn't the building you all thought it was, I think! There's no blueprint or charm - instead it's a massive, hidden easter egg room with all their old games on posters, a cover of the dying light 1 theme song in metal, a letter from the devs thanking the player for getting to the location, and lots of ducks and teddies.

thats the Dev room , goota take cable and jump down 2 floors , take another cable and jump down again , and again , when u connect all 3 the door on the last one will be open .
