ONLINE NOT WORKING

Hey, I've been trying to play online with a friend but it doesn't let me it just says "unable to connect" or "connection to the game could not be established".
I've tried everything from the Ipv4 - Ipv6, Validated my files, un-linked and linked my epic games, but it's all been useless. I can't even join online or quick match sessions.
Please any tips and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
