The main quest is all there is to do. That is a dumpster fire that they couldn't even be bothered to remove references from cut content out of the cut scenes. The choices in the story are ass because they don't really even matter. You had 2 actual choices that change the world and they aren't remotely meaningful. You have the "who to give the first water tower too" which just determines if the bazaar survives or not and the choice to drain the sunken city which they ruined themselves by removing the repeat loot boxes over there so there's no point to even go over there anymore. They cut the third faction, the choices all lead to the same place with slight different scenes and none of the characters are remotely flushed out.
