Why would you want a paid microtransaction, when you can just get XP in game, use a trainer or some other free aspect? This thread, and the reasoning behind your question is absolutely insane, and you and everyone that thinks like you, is the reason why games are extremely monetised now.
asking for pay to win micro transactions completely insane
Make the game pay to win... okay then.
And buying the ultimate edition will give you just one XP-Booster for only one use without a BP. And getting more by microtransactions is not a really good idea. Would be the same as you can pay for LP,s or even a komplete level up.
