At what point do I change to health upgrades?
I have about 340 stamina, and 260 health (level 10 and 6 respectively) and I know cheese exists, I got the saint paul water tower at these stats with my maxed out paraglider, so yeah

It depends on where you want your focus to be. Are you more of a melee roof crawler or are you a paragliding ninja with ranged focus? You can upgrade either health or stamina to max 26, which leaves the other at 16 if you get every single inhibitor in the game, or you can find a point between them. 10 stamina is enough to complete the game, so you can do whatever you want. Whatever fits your playstyle.

Also, using the paraglider or grappling hook to get drops, watertowers, or windmills is not really cheese. You are using the tool the game gave you.
I know, but it clearly said 400 stamina needed, and I went and did it with less, kinda cheese
also I kinda hate the bow combat, but like the high mobility build, guess practice makes perect
With the paraglider you can cheese to the point of not taking ANY health/stamina upgrades if you so desire.

Stamina is king in this game though, when it comes to combat I would prefer it over health because, of course we don't plan on getting hit do we? ;)

Then again everyone has a plan until they get hit in the face so, maybe it should be health?

Just do what you want  It's all personal preference really.

I guess I don't consider that cheese because it makes use of these tools in a free running game. To climb, you need X amount. Any other way? Less 😉
