can not fast travel back to Downtown !!

After go to Downtown I fast travel back to The Holy Trinity station but can not do fast travel back to Downtown to do Story Quest ( activate the electrical sub station). I try to fly cross the area using paraglider or walk through Metro station at Car factory but both are not working. How can I do to go back to Downtown ?

You should be able to die and select respawn at last story point and it'll put you back in that area.

i have same problem.use last story point it work for me.but when i log off and log on the game thne i need 2 go back to metro in downtown,becuse is not working.must say i newer have any bugs in the game.but after the new patch,then i have some.and this one is damn anoying

I went to the car factory at the bottom of the map and you should find a door in the tunnel that you can't go through. Turn around and try to swim as far as you can towards the bridge and when you die you'll respawn in downtown
