Fast Travel Bug - Just STARTED Veronika quest, Cant return to Old Villedor

Any fix for the 'Can not use fast travel during quest" bug?
I read threads about players being stuck IN Old Villedor and trying to return TO downtown Central Loop.

I am stuck IN downtown Central Loop and just beginning the Veronika main story quest.

Cant fast travel back to Old Villedor. Killing myself does NOT respawn me at the gold diamond quest marker in OV, just at the nearest safehouse in CL.

Cant para-glide over to OV as I get a "leaving quest area" countdown and respwawn.

I’ve got the exact same issue. It’s exasperating.

This bug is still present for me. Might look at some mods to cheat my way around it so I can progress the story.

i just did the quest , completed it and after that i could fast travel to old villedor again.
