Achievements: bootlicker - how to fix?

Like in topic, i'm trying to join other game, start a new game, nothing works. But some guys got this achievement, so its able to get it, but how?

i was hoping it would drop on my 1st playthru on login after the patch (all facilities to PK), it didnt so I'm hoping now it will pop on my 2nd playthru doing all facilities to survivors)

That 1st water tower achieve didnt pop on either play thru for me either

IDK. I tried so hard to get this achievement by any means but it basically broken. If you meet the requirements and reach 7 city alignments points, it doesn't unlock. If you reach up to 10 city alignment points (by activating the certain metro stations which is weird and seemingly just another bug), it still doesn't unlock. So, the main path of obtaining the achievement is simply blocked. But even a side path which is the joining a coop session of a player who met the requirements of this achivement didn't help me as well.

I back up my save files time to time. So, I have one with 7 Survivors points, one with 10 Survivors points and one with 7 Peacekeepers points. I tried to join my 2nd profile's session with 7 Survivors points while being at 10 PK, then I joined my 2nd profile's session with 10 Peacekeepers points while being at 7 Survivors... No luck. I even had to kick myself from those coop sessions (I read some people got it after joining a random player and getting kicked but I'm not sure these people were playing on Steam).

For now, the "Boot Licker" achievement is broken as hell but Techland doesn't care about it, Techland cares about nerfing the Easter egg items and loot from airdrops. I dunno how much times I've activated all of these stupid facilities... I dunno how much times I've activated all of these metro stations... How can an achievement for getting 7 city alignment points be so glitchy?! It's literally should just pop after reaching stupid 7 city alignment points!!! But it doesn't! Why, Techland?! It's been a month since release!

Basically, I really enjoy the game but the glitches like that are just driving me crazy. It seems this achievement wasn't this mess before February 16 update patch. Techland, fix it A$AP, we need the hotfix.

Tomorrow, I wanna test the co-op workaround again with my second Steam profile but if anyone of you guys wanna join my experiments feel free to add me.
