How many santa gifts do I need to open to get the krampus set?

I've sent 9 letters and looted the chest 12 times (because some was from others peoples event crates). From these 12 events I opened 24 santa presents (12events x 2presents = 24 santa presents) and have gotten 2 krampus pieces: boots and pants (actually got pants twice, but since they are identical the extra pair is useless).

So to get all 6 pieces, can I expect to have to complete 24 more events to get 48 more santa presents to get the 4 pieces im missing? Or have I just had rotten luck on my RNG so far?

So has anybody gotten anything besides the mask? I've gotten four of those and another half-dozen sets of Skolls, but nothing else new.

Gloves and more gloves, a mask or 2 and a few Skols. I've tried varying difficulties, doesn't seem to affect much.

Found an odd bug as well. If you spawn the same drop location within say 20 (may be longer I'm not actively tracking it) Real Time minutes, the bag beside the chest will not respawn/be lootable. 1 step forward, 2 steps back it seems hehe

Yeah, I've encountered that several times this year. I don't remember it happening last year, but at least the main (locked) chest respawns

Got the full set in about 10 drops (10 for the last 3 pieces, I mean). Now to do another 40 or so to make use of the other letters (and see if the game counts past 10 million gold XD)

I think Im up to 25 drops and still only has the pants, bracers and boots (got pants twice).

XD I guess? I have burned through 44 letters now (assuming every level generates a letter?) and I have gathered 21 pieces of the outfit. So, that's basically a one in two chance of getting a piece. Those ten letters generated two torso pieces, one glove, and two masks, so the ratio holds up. I still have 31 letters (and will probably gather way more before the event ends), so I'll be dropping dozens of these outfit pieces by the end XD

I've got the complete set. I am still preferring my Scarecrow set, though. At least the outfit is good. But in terms of protection against infected, the Scarecrow is a lot better. The mines effect is fun, but also attract a lot of Virals. Could be of use for some bounties. Good luck everyone.
