kill the remaining goons
this side quest is totally broken. i managed to get to 6/10, which took me hours, but cant seem to encounter anymore. did a 2 days (in game) run (no paraglider) and nothing.

as far as i understood by actually playing and looking for them i came to the conclusion that the spots marked in this guide are their fixed spots and you wont find them randomly spawning.
