Ultimate upgrade (missing items) but listed on account as having it
Is anyone else having the issue where they bought the ultimate upgrade at least a year ago and upon checking to make sure on the account itself it says that it’s owned but if you go to the store, it’s showing as if you still have to purchase it and not connected to your account?

This happens when the item ID is different, but it has no effect other than it's listed incorrectly on the store as not owned. What matter if it's listed in your Steam account, which it does. Are you missing the ultimate edition/upgrade items in the game?

Thanks Rune, I was getting a lil concerned. Every time I went in the store I was about to double buy the ultimate upgrade again just to make sure that I had it. There should be a warning about this in the store or something.

Did you buy the Ultimate Edition or did you upgrade to the Ultimate Edition with the upgrade DLC? I know there's multiple item IDs for it; one is called Ultimate upgrade while another is called Ultimate Pack. Both does the same thing, but two different item IDs. Since I bought Ultimate Edition, the Ultimate Upgrade is listed to me as not owned in the store, but I have the Ultimate Pack in my Steam account instead which is not listed in the store.
I bought the ultimate edition about a year ago. Yes, I have the same issue. I wonder why they listed it like that. Its causing confusion.

Yes it can be confusing, but it's a decision made by Techland. They could've just included the ultimate upgrade with the ultimate edition instead of a seperate pack for it, but because it's seperated they also have different item IDs, and Steam doesn't know that, which is why it's listed that way on the store. You technically own the ultimate pack and not the ultimate upgrade, but like I mentioned both does the same thing so there's nothing to worry about. Hope this helps a bit.
It does, thank you!
