All PK faction rewards, and Bazar safe
Is it possible to achieve this? As far as I know, if I give the water tower to the Peacekeepers the Bazaar will be destroyed, but after searching a bit this was the only way I found to get all the Peacekeeper faction rewards.
It may just be my stupidity/blindness, but I need confirmation of whether it is possible, and if so, how and where.

You have to choose: Either give the water tower to the Surviviors and keep the bazaar or give it to the PK and you'll loose it

It's a shame, I had some hope that it would be possible because I only found 2 questions similar to mine, and some said they got everything from the PK and additionally 1 or 3 from the survivors, but it's ok, a shame, but ok

When the game was announced and had commentary with gameplay.
They made it sound like such a big deal with your choices.
Game comes out and the choices you make hardly make any impact.

to be fair, everything said during the video I vaguely remember from my xbox's sessions. You are able to do everything they say. I dunno where exactly you've seen "such a big deal". It isn't some Detroit, where every choice you make determine the game. Detroit is easy to code due to very limited gameplay. If you have open world, you have no "story choices". It's one or the other. By the way, gameplay choises is the reason people complain about game being "easy". The game is arguably harder than the first one. But first one's learning curve is a little bit better and they limited the choices you're allowed to make from the very beggining. You don't have the option to avoid 97% of combat presented by simply using roofs in DL1. Also, returning to DL1 after DL2 feels annoying at the very least. DL2 is far more open to any playstyle you prefer.

The choice that irritates me the most in the entire game is whether to go back to save Anderson or not, if you go back, NOTHING CHANGES, you can't save her, you just waste resources, and there's barely anything special about it, a reward, a dialogue , not even a cutscene before she dies, honestly, I don't feel between choosing something and nothing, I feel between choosing... NOTHING AND NOTHING. Wow, I still remember when I watched the trailers wondering how I would ♥♥♥♥ or save the city, now I realize that the first act of the game DOESN'T CHANGE ANYTHING IN THE STORY, IT'S COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT ''Ah, but you can save the Bazaar and such'' The Bazaar in the end-game is as relevant as a vendor at a faction post that you find after turning on a windmill, after all, the map doesn't change, the story doesn't change, the NPCs are irrelevant afterwards, nothing changes, it is completely irrelevant. Honestly, this is all tragic, I'm not angry, I'm disappointed.
