DL1 peak player count over 23,000 !!

this is crazy, i see the peak player count for DL2 on PC is just over 8,000.

so you can see why they're going back to the beast with crane. DL2 was a successful launch but didn't mingle with the long time fans, i think with the beast they will try to get the old fans back but i have my doubts.

Lol, that's not an indicator. These people will play the first part until they're old because they feel bad about giving money for a new one that's better in almost every aspect. Except the story is arguably better in the first one.
If they all get the second part for free, the first part will have 0 online.

It's no surprise. At the current event it becomes clear why things are worse because people without Godmode can't play. Everything that was uploaded from content was also buggy.
I don't understand why so much emphasis is placed on co-op when it plays so badly. Open world is useless trophies are only farmed in best spots everything else is in a challenge/dungeon.

it is 100% an indicator, DL1's player count is ALWAYS thousands above DL2's on STEAM at least.

I check all the time, DL1 is always thousands more no matter what week it is.

You must have eaten too many magic mushrooms. That's what you dream of DL2 doesn't even have a PvP mode and you won't get any more content for the next 2.5 years. After The Beast release there will be even fewer DL2 games.

The hamsters read the bad review and don't want to buy the new game. That's the only reason for low online. Re-read my last post again. The first part is worse in many aspects, but people only play it because they were able to pick it up for free or buy it for pennies.

i am one of the old fans and i dont even want this game, i just wanted dlc 2 for dying light 2, but techland decided there's more money in it for them if they cancel that dlc and make a new game instead

I don't know about all that hate on dying light 2 as i only started playing yesterday, maybe when game launched it was full of bugs etc, but as i'm playing now i find it equally good as first one , graphics really good , i don't find story boring, i just remembered how i missed this game after few years
