Reloaded Edition is Dying Light 2 + Bloody Ties DLC. Ultimate Edition contains Bloody Ties DLC + Access to DLC2, digital artbook & soundtrack, wallpapers etc. You can see what the ultimate edition includes on the game's page on Steam.

У меня в стиме пишет где сама игра что релоадед а продавец утверждает что ультимейт...

Посмотри в разделе загружаемого контента внутри Steam, если есть ДЛС под названием Ultimate Upgrade, то всё в порядке и у тебя Ultimate версия
