Lost armory questline DELTA glitched PC

Title says it all. I am not going to put spoilers but there is a mission you need to talk to a lady after doing what she says and she does not start dialog makeing it impossible to get any further into the questline.

Also that mission comes from the board and it seems huge parts of the game have been labeled "out of mission area" totally at random and will kick you forcing you start all over again. Because of the random nature of the "Out of mission Area" it makes it EXTREMELY frustrating to get back to her because your blocked by a million totally invisible walls that will kick you forcing you to start the entire thing all over again if you accidently jump into one. Love the update and it would be even better if you could play it.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Before anyone says it my game has no addons.

Thank you. On my way to Delta the game would crash to desktop. Set Online from Friends Only to Single Player and it seems to have rectified the fault.

I don't know if this helps but I was doing the 'Clear the way' and the mission area disappeared as if I had completed the mission. I kept getting 'Out of mission area' when I tried to leave and it turns out there was an exploder in an alley way that I also needed to kill. It was quite far from all the other infected and not obvious it was part of the mission. After killing it I was transported back and able to complete the quest.

work around seems to be doing one of the other community quests that were added first. this seems to fix the problem
