Can someone who knows how the Pilgrim Outpost works explain this?

In the Pilgrim Outpost site, in the bounties section, why are Harper and Shen Xiu's chapters there?

Are they supposed to just let players know you can play bounties in the game? Or are you able to earn the Pilgrim reputation points and Pilgrim tokens through playing those chapters somehow?

There is only some information about these two vendors / bounty quest givers. You need to go to 'Bounties' while logged in to the Pilgrim Outpost website with your account and accept the challenges there (nine per week + 1000 RP for completing them all + potentially another 500 RP for completing an objective [parkour or combat] on a randomly selected community map) in order to earn tokens for the Outpost Armory.

No no, I know that. I'm already rank 10, I know how the Pilgrim Outpost bounties work. I just wanna know as to why the Harper and Shen Xiu chapters are there? Like are you able to do those bounties listed on the site and earn Pilgrim reputation points? Because I don't necessarily want to wait a few days to get and do new bounties from the Outpost site. So are they alternatives? I don't mind if they're only do-able once, I just want to get some stuff.

That's what my first sentence was supposed to answer. I'm sorry if it wasn't clear enough. In short, no, you cannot accept and complete bounties for these two in order to gain Outpost reputation and tokens.
