How to get items from a trunk of a car?

I unlock a trunk by using Lock pickup, and there is inside nothing, but if I scan the car using Q button, I still can see items inside which I can not pick up. Is this a bug?

This is not the first time I see it in many cars. I feel like I miss some bounties -)

This is an issue with the small police cars. First off the lock pick is hard to pull off, but hte items inside are sunken into the car itself. They are there, but inaccessible.

There are tons of missplaced objects, or even blocked items since the last update.

Yea I had this issue with enemies falling into shallow water. Can no longer loot them or pick up items.
