where banshee can spawn?

2 banshees are in the crater in Garrison near the metro (assuming you got that far in the main quest).
Otherwise, I have seen them randomly spawn at military convoys.

You can spot them around hag tracks, not a guarantee but they seem to jump into the fight while I'm facing off against 4 renegades more often than not
