Can you upgrade "sedating knives" bp?

Bp is missing in the craftsman upgrade menu.

Nah, much like the Easter egg weapon blueprints and infected knives blueprint it has pointless upgrade pips that only serve to bug people, as far as anyone knows. I wish they would do away with the upgrade pips or make them upgradeable.

Sedating knives are not an item you're supposed to have regular access to. They're unique mission items from Shen Xiu, and after that mission, you don't get anymore since they have no other intended use.

She does give you a blueprint for them though, possibly in case you miss your throws. I haven’t checked if they take it away after, lol)

It's been a while since I did that quest, so maybe that is what happens. I just took some out of my stash, and there's no option to quick-craft any from the weapon wheel, which is another good indicator that no blueprint exists after the quest is done.

I only did it a few days ago, so it must have been updated since then, but as I said I haven’t checked if I can still craft them. I didn’t even see if they actually have an effect outside the quest. I’d check if I still have the blueprint now (I am now quite curious haha) but I’m at work.
