getting stronger quest bug

I have a problem with the first quest. At the beginning when you have to follow Hakon he stops and nothing happens. It still says to follow him even if you are standing next to him. I tried to restart the game but it didn't change anything.

Return to the main menu, open play campaign, choose the right savegame (in case you have more then one) and then press and hold W to revert to the last saved story checkpoint. That should bring you back to a point before the glitch.

You not far in the game , skip the turtorial and start again.

aren't you supposed to talk to him, its like the lawan sequence later in the game, they stop and you have to go up and hit f on them to get the next scene to happen

I am not sure where exactly he hangs, but you have to actively talk to Hakon several times during the tutorial. If he gets close to Hakon and there is "please wait" witten all the time something is wrong.

There is no interaction with him. He just stands there, he should probably show the way to the hideout. I made a new save but the bug is still the same. Maybe there's something wrong with my game i don't know
