Finding the Naughty-Bolters

There are two differnet spots for Basic Game and NG+

Great - I've been spending a lot of time to find 5 Bolters for Bakas Bounty

East of Jack and Joes camp on the overpass there is a bolter that spawns. I kill him and then paraglide around the building and he has respawned.
in this same spot is a spitter that spawns there during night time.

Right - the Bolter will not be there by playing the basic game

I can't participate in any event, I arrive at Baka to pick up missions and the only thing that says is "it is not possible to have more than 3 active daily missions at the same time" when I don't have any active daily missions, and if I do I don't know how to deactivate. Could anyone help me??

Just start the game and play the char you want. On PC press "L" or go to the bounty-menue. On the left side you'll find all active bounties. Hoovering over them will give you the chance to cancel them

There are lot of them around VNC Tower and its area. Even an encounter of 2 Bolters

Currently I am still on my first NG+

Seems that are many differences between NG+ and basic.

Sure - playing NG+ all enemies have the same lvl like you (up to 9). They are now harder to defeat but you're getting also more XP when killing them. And all the weapons you'll find or buy have a higher damage.
