Is the bounty "Special Infected defeated at night using explosives" bugged?

I used to do this bounty before by dropping/detonating remote c4 on spitters but it doesn't seem to work anymore.

I'm not sure if they've changed the requirement or if it's bugged but nothing seems to work, at least not intentionally.

Anyone else experiencing issues with this bounty?

If you don´t have the camouflage from Blood Ties that challenge is really a scourge. First bounties that only can be played in coop (what 90% of players are not doing regulary) and now a bounty that can´t be played without almost completing the first DLC.

I was no fan of the 1st DLC and stopped playing it after a few hours and returned to Villedor.
