Cant redeeem my dlc weapons

I cannot redeem my dlc weapons and I have got the authority dlcs the survivor ones and the dying laughing pack but when I hit redeem they say redeemed but they are not in my stash and there is not imer I can endlessly push redeem but they wonht redeem I can redeem armor and techland gg codes but not the dlc weapons

They are no longer actual weapons like they used to be; now you are given a crafting blueprint for each weapon, and you must go to a craftmaster to craft the weapons.
