Numbers on the weapon + item icons

Hello,
what is the number on the left button side? Every weapon and item have one.
When i choose an item or weapon, I see a new grafik of this item. There is on higher left side another number, which is sometimes the same and other time it is another.

Can anybody tell me, what meaning this both numbers has?

9 is the item rank number (goes from 1 to 9)
Some weapons don't have a rank, but they level with your player rank.

Big red number is the base damage.
Small red number is the damage compared to the currently equipped weapon.
250/250 is current durability / max durability
Other %-Numbers are the item affixes. Legendary have 4, exotic 5, artifact have 3 affixe.

Sometimes the rang number is different in detailed view from the item. I have this mostly by clothing items.
