What is the difference between Ultimate DLC Collection and Ultimate?

Dear Steam Community
I have the base game and wanted to get some extra goodies since all the DLCs are on sale.
I noticed that there are two options with the same'ish price: The Ultimate and Ultimate DLC Collection.
Can someone please point me the right direction.

Ultimate has the stories dlcs included bloody ties and what we will get this year, UItimate Dlc collection has that **edit here* only bloodyties and some cosmetic clothes.

he's saying to get dying light 1 not 2.

I already have the base DL2. My question was to wether get the Ultimate Upgrade, Ultimate DLC Pack oe only some hand picked DLCs.
