When do i get the Grappling Hook?

Hi i'm at the central ring now and noticed that i need the Grappling Hook more than ever here duo to the skyscrapers

the g hook is bugged and crap, get the broom, use the mod and you will be able to advance faster than ever

You need to progress through the story to get the nightrunner tools. I believe it's when you reach the part where you have to invade the VNC tower and try to turn the radio tower back on. You only really need the hook to activate a couple windmills and other radio towers besides the VNC one.

If you're looking to go through the city real fast then the paraglider is your friend, upgrade that to level 3 as soon as possible, you'll be flying through the city like nothing. So long as you have the stamina to keep flight.

the hook is pretty end game content just rush main quest till u get it, but its also pretty useless its not the same has DY1 had.

Paraglider is the new way to travel fast, far, and wide.

Mission called Broadcast where you get it. Mission just crashes for me though and forces me to roll back my save an hour prior. RIP

There are mods on Nexus that fix the grappling hook.
