Can you unlock sunken city and get best ending at the same time?

Can i get the best ending where Hakon saves Lawan from the bombs and unlock the sunken city at the time? (There was a part where i find out that Jack matt is a traitor so idk if that will ♥♥♥♥ up the ending or no)

No, because your gonna need to team up with peaceekeepers, so that you can kill the colonel, and then unlock the sunken city. the best ending is the lawan ending, which is rare.

Hes wrong, you can side with the survivors. Th only person you must not side with is Juan because that will lock you from lowering the bulk heads.

The only thing you must do is not trust the colonel
