any way to get the crossbow if factions not aligned to PK?

Guys i asked for help yesterday, i read the only way is a friend with duplicated crossbows can drop one to grab on a co-op match, but nobody replied on my post

There is another crossbow and bow which you can obtain in the game though it's a bit of a hassle and requires you to have progressed quite far into the game.

If you get far enough in the main story you will unlock Chapter Agents. First one is Harper and the second one is Shen Xiu, The Huntress.
Do enough bounties for her and earn tokens. When you have progressed enough in her bounties and gained the required levels you will unlock the Hunter Crossbow and Ballista Bow.
They can cross new game+ but you have to stock up on both bolts and arrows since they are special and cannot be crafted just bought.

i also read that if you have spare and/or duplicated crossbows and bolts you can drop them while co-op and if we both grab it at the same time i will also get them
