Why Legend Level is locked? Rank 9? Not using any mods...

Hi there mate,
Not sure, not sure where you exactly are in the skills progression of your character but only the Pilgrim Rank is locked and ends at Rank 9. Then, after completing the game, the Legend progression starts ( 001 > 250 ), even before the NG+ if you wish.

thanks for your kind reply, i'm Rank 8 with only 1 combat skill left to complete, but all parts says in red Rank 9 Legend Level Locked

You're welcome.
I see, but when you say you got one combat skill left in your progression, it precisely seems you're talking about the Pilgrim level page. The page of the Legend levels doesn't show skills strictly speaking but important optimizations concerning all the Melee actions, Projectiles, Bows, Crossbows, and the Fall Recovery. Where do you see the red message?

Wait, you can maybe start the Legend before reaching Pilgrim Rank 9. I actually stopped playing during a year and playing this again since March 2023. This might mean you need to reach Pilgrim Rank 9 in order to reach Legend Level 9 and of course continue.
I have a doubt now lol.

You need to get both force and parkour to max. Once you get the last combat skill it will unlock.

Ok, thanks a bunch for the screenies.
So this is what I thought and what I told you, you don't have access to the Legend page yet. You just still need to reach the Pilgrim Rank 9 and probably complete the main Story (if not already done). What you see so far is "only" the Pilgrim basics skills. Using quote marks not because they're not important, not at all, almost all are important (despite the fact two of them are ruining the gameplay experience in my opinion), but I mean that you simply need the complete the first Pilgrim Skills page (+ probably main Story if not already done) in order to get access to the Legend page. And for now, the entire Legend page is simply locked your side (there's a padlock on it, as you can see) for normal & legit reasons. Voilà.

Hello there,
Just a few words in order to say that HappyDroplets was absolutely right.
Only completing the Combat & Parkour trees matters to do this. At that moment, you directly switch from Pilgrim Rank 9 to Legend Rank 1. No need to reach the end of the story mode for that, even if all players might be super close to one of the endings at this stage.
I just paid attention this time during the ("hard") re-run.

So, yeah, collisions are actually still definitely terribly bad.
One year later, this still needs to be fixed, like tons of things.
