Weak rewards at Outpost?

I got the 25 coins for the global event reward. I went and bought the Funkadelic bow and the Outpost box. The Outpost box was a joke. A yellow weapon and some scraps or something similar. But, the Funkadelic bow is awful. It is much lower than Yardstick (which I've had forever). Is there a reason the Outpost rewards are so bad? Is anyone else experiencing this?

As it is, if this isn't a bug and the Outpost rewards remain this awful, I won't be bothering to attempt to get anything from there. Also: The bounties are NOT updating for me at the Outpost, despite making sure I'm logged into Steam while using it.

Anyone else having these problems? If you are and could fix them in your game, please tell me how? Thanks in advance, everyone!

the only reasonable loot is a bandit group with golden box in NG+, others are pure junk

Yeah, sadly. I'm already doing Legend levels in NG+, so I guess that's the best I can hope for. It was irritating to see a cool looking bow just to have it be absolute garbage, though. Thanks for replying, by the way!

Sorry to say that DL2 rewards for these bounty vendors are mostly useless junk.
This game is made for people chasing the dopamine from daily's & lootboxes.

Playing NG+ and LL's, the best weapons you'll find are in the LL-Boxes. And artefact-gear with high XP percentage (up to 8.8 %) you can buy at Harpers shop. But not at the Outpost.

I wanna see the other previous event outfits added that were FOMO'd and unobtainable like Rais was. The rotation of this new system is already too long of a wait. XD
